You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operations, supporting the team, managing admin, and helping create a positive, down‑to‑earth working environment. Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
• Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring everything is organised, stocked, and functioning
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain office systems, filing, documentation, and compliance records
• Coordinate maintenance, suppliers, and contractors for office facilities
Team Support
• Provide administrative support to directors, project managers, and site teams
• Prepare documents, reports, and project packs as needed
• Assist with onboarding new starters and maintaining HR records
• Organise team meetings, training sessions, and company events
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in an office management or senior admin role in construction or engineering
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Friendly, approachable, and able to build great relationships across the team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office software. Accounts would be advantageous
